Can I use Logic Pro on my iPhone or iPad with Apperture?
Yes — by streaming Logic Pro from your Mac with Apperture. The desktop app runs on your Mac; your iPhone or iPad displays its window and sends remote input back. You need a reachable, awake Mac with Logic Pro installed, the free Apperture Mac host, and the Apperture app on your iPhone or iPad.
Apple’s Logic Remote already offers an iPhone control surface for Logic Pro. Apperture is useful when you want the actual Mac window. Recording, timing-sensitive performance, and critical mixing are best handled at your Mac. Apple’s Logic Remote guide for iPhone.
